Who operates this
This website and the owner's personal tools are operated by a single individual.
This website
The site is a static portfolio. It has no accounts and no forms. It sets no cookies and does not use analytics or third-party trackers. The web server keeps ordinary access logs, including IP address, time and the requested path, to operate and protect the site.
Some project cards link to separate product websites. Those sites are not part of this page.
Google user data
A personal tool used only by the owner accesses only the owner's own Gmail mailbox. The scopes are gmail.readonly and gmail.modify (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify). gmail.send is requested only after the owner turns sending on for that mailbox and connects it again.
The tool is used solely to triage, label and move the owner's own messages and to notify the owner.
It stores message headers, short summaries and snippets (500 characters or fewer) on the owner's own server.
To classify messages, the tool sends the sender, subject and a short snippet (up to 500 characters) of each new message to an AI inference provider (currently via OpenRouter) solely to produce a priority label and a one-line summary for the owner. No other party receives the data. Data is never sold, used for advertising, or used by this tool to train AI models. Full message bodies are fetched only when the owner asks to view a message and are not stored.
Tokens are stored encrypted on the owner's own server.
Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Graph
A personal tool used only by the owner accesses only the owner's own Outlook mailbox through Microsoft Graph. The scopes requested now are offline_access and Mail.ReadWrite. Mail.Send is requested only after the owner turns sending on for that mailbox.
The tool is used solely to triage, label and move the owner's own messages, to notify the owner, and to send a message only after the owner approves that exact draft.
